Payment of Large Winnings

Large winnings may be paid in instalments according to the Operator’s payout schedule, in line with the above daily withdrawal limits. The Operator will notify the User of the payout schedule via email or through the User’s personal account.

Right to Verification

For any withdrawal request, the Operator reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification and confirmation of the source of funds.

The User must provide all requested documents within 180 days from the date of the request. Until verification is completed, withdrawals and payouts may be temporarily suspended.

General Provisions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms agreement with the country-specific withdrawal limits and acknowledges that exceeding the daily or monthly limits may result in instalment-based payments according to the Operator’s internal payout policy.

Withdrawal Limits - The maximum withdrawal amount available within a 24-hour period depends on the User’s country of residence:

• Kenya – up to 10,000 USD per 24 hours;
• Tanzania – up to 4,000 USD per 24 hours;
• Nigeria / Ghana / Zambia – up to 2,000 USD per 24 hours;
• Congo / India – up to 1,000 USD per 24 hours;
• All other countries – up to 1,000 USD per 24 hours
• The Operator conducts withdrawal limit checks for all Users without exception based on transactions made within the last 24 hours.
• Any remaining balance exceeding the applicable daily withdrawal limit will be carried over to subsequent days until fully paid. The total monthly withdrawal amount may also be subject to the Operator’s internal payout policy and processing capabilities.
